Description: ******ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE IS 8-13-2003******* The work consists of reconstructing the access road (#1506132) and parking lots for the HJ Andrews Admin. Site. Work includes preparing road and parking lot surfaces for placement of aggregate, asphalt and pervious concrete and placing same. Also included are the removal and replacement of a culvert section of sidewalk, construction of a bus turnout, chip sealing the asphalt, marking parking spaces and installing rubber speed bumps. The Government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is set aside for Hub Zone. The COR for this project is Dawn Pozzani, McKenzie River R.D. Contract time is 365 days. Start work date 9-29-2003.
