Description

Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for a Combat Arms Room Upgrade consisting of workstations, tables, and chairs to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. BIDS MUST BE GOOD UNTIL 1 OCTOBER 03. The recommended items are Stanley Vidmar or equal. Line item 0007 is recommended to be Staples deluxe drafting or equal. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capability of the items specified in the statement of work will be accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 337214 with a size standard of 500 employees. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) 18 August, 2003. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
