Description

NA The Department of the Army has a requirement for a Fixed Price contract to construct Administration Building, Building 863, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The work sha ll include, but not be limited to, excavating and backfilling for buildings and utilities; providing and installing concrete slab and sidewalks; providing and installing split-face concrete masonry units; providing and installing water and sewer lines; pro viding and installing pre-engineered metal building; providing and installing standing seam metal roofing and architectural metal siding; providing and installing metal and wood doors/frames; providing and installing door hardware; providing and installing suspended acoustical ceilings; providing and installing insulation; providing and installing paint systems for walls and doors; providing and installing drywall systems; providing and installing vinyl and quarry tile floors; providing and installing fire alarm systems; providing and installing HVAC systems; providing and installing electrical systems and lighting; providing and installing fencing and landscaping. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible business concerns may submit an offer for consideration. NAICS code for this procurement is 236220; SIC code is 1542. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The best estimate for the issuance of the solicitation is on or about 15 August 2003.
