Description: NA The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment and perform all work necessary to excavate and side-cast loose shale from the tops of the training walls as shown on the drawings and fabricate and install aluminum stairs and walkways o n the back face of the dam. One assembly shall be installed from Audit #3 to the top of the south training wall and a second assembly shall be installed from Audit #2 to the penstock access doors and to the top of the north training wall. All work shall be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts, thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
