- Q: What is the due date for the response to this RFQ? A: RFQ is due Friday August 1st 2003 Q: Where and to whom should the quotes be sent? A: Quotes should be sent to mark.groat@gsa.gov Q: Is there any specific format for the quote document? A: There is no specific format required Q: Is this a small business, WOSB or 8(a) set aside? A: This is not a set aside Q: What are the evaluation criteria for the quotes and the bidders? A: Evaluation criteria is best technically acceptable and then price. Q: Is a bidders list available? A: No bidders list is available Q: What is the cut-off date for questions regarding this project? A: Questions will be answered as late as possible during the quotation period, which ends COB Friday August 1, 2003. Q: Does this solicitation include telecommunications equipment, and or maintenance? A: No it does not contain any telecom equipment or maintenance. Q: Is the response date of 1st August 2003 the current response date? A: Yes the response date is still 1 August 2003. Q: What are the small business reservation goals for this acquisition? Is this a set aside contract or a full and open competition one? A: Small Business reservation or set asides are usually for task awards $100,000.00 or less. This is expected to exceed that amount and is for full and open competition. Q: Are proposals invited from all contractors or is it restricted to GSA FSS holders? A: Proposals are invited from all contractors. Q: Is this a Firm fixed price or will you have incremental funding? A: This will be a firm fixed price task award. Award is expected to be made after evaluation of offers. The range of this contract is expected to be from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00. Q: Will this contract require Candidate Citizenship and Security Clearance? A: The task requires work to be accomplished on a government military installation. The contractor/vendor employees may be required to undergo extensive security investigations; non U.S. Citizens may be denied access. Failure to be granted access to the government installation will not be grounds for a delay in task completion.
