- DFAS has released the MOCAS Rehost Request For Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be submitted to DFAS-Columbus, Ohio, on or before 3:00 PM local time September 17, 2003. Offerors who had previously requested to be placed on the MOCAS Solicitation Mailing List have been mailed the RFP. Other interested businesses will be able to access the RFP electronically at www.dfas.mil/aso/contract or may also request a CD copy of the RFP by sending an e-mail to Bill Gladski at the following address: william.gladski@dfas.mil. Businesses responding need to identify the name of the business with full postal mailing address, phone and fax numbers of the point of contact as well as e-mail address. Request for Proposal will be mailed to those interested offerors within five (5) calendar days of the receipt of the e-mail. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 12, 2003, from 12:00 Noon until 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time at the Concourse Hotel, 4300 International Gateway, Columbus, Ohio 43219. Offerors may submit written questions electronically in advance to the contracting officer, David J. Kane and the buyer, Bill Gladski or questions may be hand-delivered at the pre-proposal conference. Those businesses planning to attend the conference please submit the name and number of attendee?s to Bill Gladski at william.gladski@dfas.mil by close of business August 08, 2003. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 541511.
