Description

Notice of intent to negotiate an IDIQ multiple award sole source contract to conduct orientation/evaluation or training visits in support of National Electronic Injury Survey System all-trauma data collection with Esther Berren, James W. Taylor, Ray Colucci, and Shelly Elbert. Performance period is from September 27,2003 to September 26, 2004. Services shall include hospital visits, meetings, orientation and evaluation for Emergency Room (ER) staff, examples of known product hazards, complete trauma history, conduct record flow analysis, identify problems, routing of charts, record review, public relations, exit interview, reports and travel to hospitals. Anticipated date of issue August 20, 2003 and award anticipated on or before September 17, 2003. It is not anticipated that any other available sources exist because of the unique requirement for data access. The NAICS code is 541690. Any firms desiring consideration are requested to fully identify their interests and capabilities. If no responses are received within 10 days of the date of publication of this synopsis contracts will be negotiated with the individuals identified above.
