Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE; The Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Customs and Border Protection intends to solicit and award a purchase order to Innovation Data Processing, Inc., Innovation Plaza, 275 Patterson Ave., Little Falls, NJ 07424-1658, for FDRPAS rental license for a 12 month period. This award will be processed under the authority of 10 USCS 23,(1): Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements of the government, due to proprietary rights to data. The FDRPAS software product is an enhancement to the FDR suite to backup all data. This notice of intent is ?NOT? a request for competitive proposals, however, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully propose must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims and abilities. No award will be made on the basis of any proposals or other information received in response to this notice as this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
