The streamlined process requires an agency to determine an estimated contract price for performing the activity with a private sector source, using documented market research or soliciting cost proposals. Commercial proposals will not be sought if it is determined that Government performance is more advantageous. The projected end date of this acquisition is September 30, 2003.
