Description

This is a synopsis for a firm-fixed price contract for Cable Television Outlets for organizational activities prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation, REFERENCE NUMBER (F1CSXP31390100), is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is restricted in that only those offerors who already have an approved Franchise Agreement with Peterson AFB need to submit a proposal. Proposals will be submitted in writing and signed by an individual with the authority to bind their respective company. The Basic contract period is anticipated to be 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004, with four, one-year option periods and extending through 30 September 2008.
