Description

This notification is to inform interested parties that a Site-Visit will be held on 14 August 2003 to review the site(s) on Hickam Air Force Base (AFB) for the Local Area Network (LAN), Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) Management Support infrastructure requirement. All prospective offerors planning o attend the site visit are required to give written notification of their intent to the Contract Specialist, Mr. James Mastin, at James.Mastin@hickam.af.mil through e-mail no later than 11 August 2003. No more than TWO representatives from each business will be allowed to attend the site visit. Personnel who do not have access to Hickam AFB are required to be at the Pass and Identification Office no later than 8:45 AM and must have a photo ID with them. Personnel who currently have access to Hickam AFB should assemble at the 15th Contracting Squadron located at 90 G Street no later than 9:15 AM and await the group arriving from the front gate. Parties who do not confirm their attendance by 11 August 2003, whether they have access to the installation or not, will not be allowed to attend the site visit.
