Description: NA The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) has a requirement to increase the contract ceiling price of contract DAAL01-96-C-0038 with the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE) by an estimated amount of $ 1.1 million in order to provide a continui ty of service for the ARL postdoctoral research program while a new, competitive acquisition is completed to provide the same services. The period of performance ends November 2003. This program allows engineers of unusual promise or ability opportuniti es for research on problems of their own choice. Number Note 22 applies.!
