Description

NA The work consists of completing construction projects located anywhere within the geographical boundaries of the Mississippi Valley Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that lie within the State of Mississippi. Work will be accomplished through th e issuance of individual task orders. Examples of the work that may be required include, but is not limited to: river and stream bank erosion protection, clearing and snagging of streams, demolition of structures and restoration of cleared areas, resurfa cing roads, rehabilitation of electrical systems, and various other small construction projects. Estimated Value: Any contract resulting from this solicitation will have a base period value of $3,000,000 with the option for four additional periods with a value of $3,000,000 each period for a total estimated value of $15,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO) Web Page at http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/ and on compact disc at no c harge. Hardcopies will not be available. The CD-ROM may be requested electronically by registering on our homepage or mailing your request to VCCO at 4155 Clay Street, Vicksburg, MS 39183-3435. Facsimile No. 601-631-7798. Issue date on or about 15 Aug 03. Bid opening date on or about 15 Oct 03, 1400 Hours. THIS PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED. A subcontracting plan will be required.
