Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-03-G-006D with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), 1 Hornet Way, El Segundo, CA 90245. This order will procure spare/repair parts for the F/A-18 E/F aircraft. Northrop Grumman is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of these complex composite items. Northrop Grumman is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, technical data and facilities to accomplish this effort. See Note No. 22 and 40.
