- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is planning a Direct Conversion with Cost Comparison Study of Clerical Support services at the NRCS office in Columbus, OH. These services are currently provided by Government Personnel. Offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by government personnel. A solicitation will be released on approximately April 21, 2003. Solicitation packages can by downloaded from this site, paper copies will not be mailed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110. CONSIDER THIS MODIFICATION A "SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE."
