Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command, Pacific intends to contract for low maintenance deck installation. Approximately 3125 sq ft of replacement/renew deck coverings will be installed on the USCG Polar Star. Period of performance 12 Sep - 10 Oct 03. Solicitation will be issued on or about 18 Aug 03. Work will be performed on USCG Polar Star located at 14 S. Massachusetts St., Seattle WA 98134-1192. For Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts, loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at the prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000. For further information concerning the STLP call the OSDBU at 1-800-532-1169. The solicitation will be available via electronic means on the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov. For further information concerning the acquisition, contact the Contracting official listed below.
