Description

PR No: LTC03182012867. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Probe, Mine. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: Mission Knives & Tools Inc., Cage 034S8. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6665-01-432-6213; P/N: TA1-PROBE, Base Year AEQ: 1085 each, Option Year AEQ: 1048 each. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Destination, 25 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 25 August 03. The anticipated award date is 31 October 03. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
