NA This Requirement was placed on FEDOPP 29 July 2003. It is amended as follows: The NAICS for this requirement is covered in one of the designated industry groups in the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, FAR 19.10. The NAICS Code 23822 0 was formerly 23511. One of the major component of this program is unrestricted competition in the designated industry groups. Therefore, this requirement will be solicited not as Small Business Set-Aside basis, but as an unrestricted basis.
