The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about August 16, 2003. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL QUESTIONS REGARDING SOLICITATION UNTIL IT HAS BEEN POSTED. The National Park Service (NPS) in cooperation with the Chesapeake Bay Program has created the Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network, a partnership system of national parks, state parks, refuges, museums, historic communities and water trails throughout the Chesapeake watershed. National Park Service is soliciting for a firm-fixed price contract for the development of a strategy for promotion and conveying key messages for the Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network. The strategy must advance the Network's core purpose of engaging people with the Chesapeake Bay's many special places and stories in order to stimulate individual involvement in support for conservation and restoration of the Bay and its tributaries.
