Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The California National Guard intends to upgrade a conference room in the Sacramento, CA area. This upgrade requires audiovisual equipmen t (name brand or equal) and custom cabinetry to house all equipment listed below. Cabinetry specifications are: dark cherry wood, 72 inches x 36 inches x 24 inches, 4 shelves, double doors, brass pull knobs and hinges. Equipment (1 each unless specified otherwise): Sony AV switcher, mixer amplifier (PN: SRPX351P); Sony combo DVD/VCR deck (PN: SLVD100); Sony, 32” VEGA Conference Monitor (PN: KV32FS13); Sony Videoconferencing Rollabout Cart (PN: PCSF501); AMX/VMI Viewpoint Xpress Wireless Touch ( PN: VPX-CPIR); AMX/VMI Remote Control System Components (PN: AXCESS3PKG); JBL Commercial Series Speaker, 4 each (PN: CONTROL25WH); JBL Commercial Series Speaker Mount, 4 each, (PN: MTC28/25CMWH); JBL Subwoofer Speaker (PN: SB2); JBL Subwoofer Speaker Mount (PN: MTCSB2W); Tripplite Surge Suppressor/spike Filter (PN: TLP810NET); DaLite Electrol 100 (PN: 87852); Focus Enhancements Scan Converter (PN: 1600); Draper Floor Lectern (PN: 1500SERIES); Draper Audio Option for Lectern (PN: AUDIO); Draper AC Outlet Option for Lectern (PN: POWERSUPPLY); Sony Projector Ceiling Mount (PN: MOUNT); Sony Video Projector 3500 Lumen (PN: VPLPX40); Sony Videoconferencing System, 2 each (PN: PCS1600/BL); Sony Videoconferencing Multipoint Software ME/2, 2 each (PCSUC160); Sony Conference Microphone, 2 each (PN: PCSA300); Sony Triple NT1 Interface, 2 each (PN: PCSNT3/S); Sony Document Camera/Scan Con verter, 2 each (PN: PCSDS150); Cabling for all equipment; Labor Hours for Integration & Assembly on Site.
