Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare service contract for ENT Consultation services, (one day per month), and ENT Surgery services, (one day per month) at the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital, Soldier Creek Road, Rosebud, SD 57570. The period of performance will be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. This is a Small Business Set-Aside request for quote.
