Description

NA The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center has a requirement to provide labor, materials, and equipment to renovate offices in Building 3,Kansas Street,Natick,MA 01760. The renovation work includes, demolition of existing partitions, suspended ceiling system,lig hting, asbestos containing materials, carpet, kitchen eqipment, eletrical and HVAC. New construction includes new metal stud partitions, acoustical suspended ceiling system,lighting,carpet,electrical and HVAC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238310. The small business size standard is $12.0 million. This procurement may or may not be set aside as competitive among Hubzone or 8(a) contractors. The Government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $100 ,000.00 and $125,000.00. Drawings will be made available at the site visit to be held on 21 August 2003. Work will be performed at the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center,Natick, Massachusetts 01760. Period of performance is sixty (60) calendar days. This req uirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act.
