Description

NA The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Acres International Corporation, 140 John James Audubon Parkway, Amherst, New York 14228-1180 for Beltzville Intake Tower Structural Inspection and Moni toring, Beltville Dam, Lehighton, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes the following option: perform structural investigations, survey program enhancements, and overall assessment and montoring/internal review. This notice is NOT a Request for Compet itive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within five (5) calendar days af ter date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLEY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice i s solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. All work shall be completed as follows: base period: 45 calendar days after award, and Option A: 135 calendar days (after option is exercised). Th e NAICS code is 54160 with a size standard of $6.0 M.
