- Amendment 0005. The solicitation has reopen and the closing date and time for receipt of offers are 12 August 03 at 2:00 p.m., eastern standard time. Overnight deliver or hand carry three (3) copies of your proposal or revised proposal to Commandant (G-ACS-5A/cb), USCG Headquarters, 2100 2nd Street, S.W., Room 5222, Washington, D.C. 20593-0001, Attn: Catherine Baskin, Contract Specialist. Facsimile or e-mailed offers will not be accepted. The period of performance has changed to a base period of six months and two six month option periods. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated, and the base and option periods shall be priced separately.
