Description: Transport an IMO Type tank container (5,000 gallon capacity) from Blount Island, FL to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO). The loaded container would be taken from the chassis, loaded on a barge and ferried to GTMO. The barge departs Blount Island every Wednesday evening. Container is removed from barge then transported to a breakout tank in GTMO. Product is discharged from container and empty tank is transported by to the barge for return to Blount Island.
