Description

The Food and Drug Administration, has a requirement for the annual maintenance subscription to provide for all necessary updates to the Facility Center Software Annual Maintenance and Support. The period of performance for this maintenance will be September 1, 2003 through August 31, 2004, to acquire FC Application Server, FC CAD Integrator, FC Enterprise, and FC Web Casual User (10 pk). This award will be made to Tririga, Inc., Las Vegas, NV on a sole source basis due to the fact that Tririga, Inc. developed this COTS software product and is the only known company which can provide updates to their code. Therefore, award will be made on a sole source basis. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No solicitation will result from this announcement.
