Description

ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS FOR WIRE ROPE FENDER RECESSES The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation plans to award a contract dependent upon availability of funds for furnishing all plant, labor and equipment and performing all work for removing steel landings, work platforms and ladder rungs and for installing Corporation-furnished landings, work platforms, ladder sections and ladder rungs in machinery recesses at Eisenhower and Snell Locks in Massena, New York. The recesses are concrete shafts approximately 8 Ft. x 10 Ft. x 60 Ft. deep which are accessed from galleries located within the lock walls or through composite steel/concrete covers on top of the lock walls. The contract shall be completed by March 15, 2004. There is a Fifty Dollar ($50) non-refundable fee per set for plans, specs and drawings.
