- NA The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a contractor to: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for electrical system testing and high voltage transformer replacement as required by drawings and specifications. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and qualified supervision necessary perform: Electrical Construction and Testing: Work includes electrical testing, construction, alterations, and other necessary associated work at the VA Roseburg Healthcare System 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, OR 97470. This procurement is set aside for 100% small business. PROJECT ENGINEER: Jeff Salas (541) 440-1000 Ext. 44303. NAICS CODE: 235310 APPLIES/SIZE STANDARD: $12 MILLION Solicitation (Bid) documents consisting of the Solicitation (contract terms and conditions), Specifications, Drawings and Contract Forms for submitting a bid may be obtained by downloading from this site or by contacting the Contracting Officer for a list of several plan centers who will receive copies of the project. This information is available after August 12, 2003.
