Description: The Strategic Systems Programs establish a Basic Ordering Agreement with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Mitchel Field, NY 11553 to provide for the repair, modification, SPALTs, and ancillary and support equipment and repair parts for the TRIDENT I (C4) and TRIDENT II (D5) Navigation Subsystem equipment. As the design agent, Lockheed Martin Corporation is the only source with the requisite design and test expertise to ensure successful performance of the anticipated services. See Note 22!!
