Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for six (6) Clutch, Electro Magnetic Gear Tooth for loading of copepak bielomatic drums. Moeninghoff, article num. 668137. type 546.21.3.4 24VDC, Number 5462-06009/1. Beilomatikl # 63402240 30 MM Bore. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. If you need more information. Please contact Don Keene of the EM shop at the Fort Worth facility he can me reached on 817-847-3837. A written request for quotation will not be issued. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destinatin to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing , 9000 Blue Mound Rd. Ft. Worth, TX 76131. All interested parties must submit an offer which will be considered. All offers must be in writing and sent to the Ft. Worth Facility via E-mail, mail or fax, attention Loni Spring. telphone calls will not be accepted. All interested parties must be registered with CCR. www.ccr.gov All offers must include the unit price , extended price any prompt payment discount terms, company name , point of contact, phone and fax numbers, tax identification, DUNS number and business size. All offer must be received by COB. 8/15/2003. Offers sent to the Washington DC facility will not be considered.
