NA This is a Combined Synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement cons titutes the only solicitation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
