Description: Provide hardware and software telephone support for Versamat Film Processor, Niagara III Printer, Beacon Precision Enlarger, Stickney Film Cleaner, Mesa Film Workstation, Tacoma Film Titlers, SR-2400 Effluent Treatment Tystem, 1B Sensitometer, Cal Tool Calibration software and hardware and other support to digital imagery production as deemed appropriate. Additional support shall consist of semi-annual site visits with two representatives traveling to the site per visit.
