Description: The project consist of the replacement of 2.5 Km of a 3 inch PVC pipe located along Highway 191. It involves the installation of water meters, gate valves , air release valves, pressure regulators and one manhole. This project is on the Caribbean National Forest in Puerto Rico. It will solicited as a commercial item. It is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
