Description: Lending Library Service. 12-month library book rental agreement from 1 Oct 03 to 30 Sep 04 for the Laughlin AFB, TX Library. Plan will include a 2,000 book inventory, 100 new books a month, 1,200 annual new book allowance. This will be a single source solicitation/procurement going to the incumbent based on projected expenses, which will be incurred, and additional labor required to switch contractors.
