Description

This pre-solicitation notice is for outpatient and inpatient Dietician Services in Government-supplied facilities for the 6th Medical Group at MacDill AFB, FL. The award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base performance period from 01 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04 and four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 621399. Size standard is $6.0 million. The government will evaluate all proposals on quality assurance, price and past performance. The option prices will be evaluated at initial award. The solicitation will be posted on or about 8 August 2003 via the Government Federal Business Opportunity Web Site at https://www.eps.gov. The responsibility of offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the CCR Internet site, www.ccr.gov. Anticipated award date is on or around 01 Sep 2003.
