Description

NA The US Army War College, Department of Distance Education is soliciting contract proposals for research, development and web based delivery of a military family education program for its distance education classes. Significant on site performance is requi red for the principle researcher, for frequent meetings and during the two week resident phases in June and July, to teach and conduct research with the DDE student??????s families. Approximately 30 each quality of life web based presentations to a volunt ary audience, are required each academic year. The contractor is to develop the intellectual education content only. The government will be responsible for all multimedia design and web development. The period of performance starts 30 September 2003 and includes a base year with two options. A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 26, 2003 at 1:30 PM, Root Hall, 122 Forbes Ave Carlisle Barracks PA. This procurement is unrestricted and will be awarded on a best value basis.
