Description

NA The Government has a requirement for Off-Site Mammography and Ultrasound Services within a 20 mile radius of Guthrie US Army Ambulatory Health Care Clinic, Ft. Drum, NY. The services will be performed at the contractor??????s facility on an appointment ba sis for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week. Radiologists must be Doctors of Medicine or Osteopathy who have successfully completed internship and residency in an accredited US Diagnostic Radiology Training Program and are Board C ertified in Diagnostic Radiology. Technicians performing under the contract shall meet FDA and ACR requirements. The contractor shall establish and provide education on breast self examination techniques and philosophies (BSE). Contract will be for an initial period of 01 Oct 03 thru 30 Sep 04 with four one-year option periods. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621512 and the size standard is $11.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 Aug 03 with a closing date of 28 Aug 03.
