Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with College Entrance Examination Board, New York, NY to provide personnel, materials, facilities, and other services required to distribute, collect, score, analyze, equate, and report results of the PSAT/NMSQT which will be administered by DoDEA counselors or teachers to approximately 4,400 pupils enrolled in the Department of Defense Dependent Schools in grade 10. There is no RFP available. SEE NOTE 22.
