Description

NA Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to inventory, service and maintain oil/water separators, storm water catch basins, dewatered digester sludge, grease traps, removal and disposal of waste cooking grease and furnish and service waste cooking grease collection system, at Fort Lewis, Washington. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price (fixed plus requirement items) requirement type contract. This procurement will consist of a base period, 01 February 2004 throu gh 31 January 2005, with four one-year option periods. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Concern means any business entity organized for profit with a place of business located in the United States, including but no t limited to: an individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, association, or cooperative. The size standard for any concern, including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for it preceding three fiscal years shall not be in ex cess of $6 Million. NAICS: 562998, and FSC S299. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. All requests for the solicitation must be faxed to (253) 966-8137 or emailed to WandaR@lewis.army.mil (email is preferred), provide Duns & Bra dstreet number and CAGE Code. All faxed requests must include an email address. When issued, the solicitation will be available by downloading from our web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc under Solicitations. The estimated issue date for this solic itation, is 25 August 2003 and the anticipated closing date is 23 September 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure registration in the Central Contractor Registra tion Database prior to submission for consideration.
