NSN 1650-01-111-5903, LTC03212013611, Indicator, Button, Hydraulic, Red, Pall Aeropower (Cage 18350), P/N TC076UH096. Approved Sources: Bahr Machine Co., Inc. (Cage 75201) P/N 5150-1 (Round Unit). Configuration Control Applies. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 190 each. Minimum order quantity base year 132 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 586 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 132 pcs. Minimum order quantity 132 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 1,056 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Government First Article/Preproduction Approval is applicable. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
