- Description
- VISN 1, consisting of eleven (11) VA Medical Centers located in New England, require Milk & Dairy related products in various quantities and locations for a delivery performance period beginning October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003. The acquisition will be issue unrestricted. The NAIC is 422430. All responses are due COB August 28, 2003. Evaluations will be made on price, delivery, past performance, method of date coding, ordering, method of invoicing and subcontract arrangements. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of the provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, direct responses to 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items and a completes SF 129 Form with their offer. No telephone requests will be accepted. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated.
