Description

SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material, tools, transportation and supervision to remove existing system, boilers,piping and associated controls and replace with new boilers, piping and associated controls in accordance with the Statement of Work. Solicitation is being issued as an small business competitive acquisition. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Electronic Posting System (http://eps.gov/). Paper copies WILL NOT be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files. Request this office be notified if solicitation is downloaded and you plan on submitting a proposal. Information can be faxed to (301) 981-1907 or e-mail SSgt Hiyasmin Gratil (Hiyasmin.gratil@andrews.af.mil). The following information is requested: company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS number, and tax ID number. Interested offers must ensure they are registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to receive an award of contract. Questions concerning this solicitation must be emailed to SSgt Gratil no later than 13 August 2003. Bids are due in no later than 12 noon EDT on 15 August 2003. They may be either mailed to the address in Block 9 of the solicitation, faxed to the above number or e-mailed to SSgt Gratil as above.
