Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, licenses and permits and other items, services and expertise necessary to correctly install the security system for the Vehicle Management Flight, Yokota Air Base (YAB), Japan. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
