Description: NA This is a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source procurement to Valentec Incorporated, by modifcation to the current contract DAAA09-97-G-0005 to provide Operation and Maintenance Support Services to Louisiana Army Ammunition Plant (LAAAP). This contract extension will be done under Other Than Full and Open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 31 March 2004. This is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
