- The Regional Supply Office Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA is issuing a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #N60191-03-Q-0010 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and written quotes are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This is a small business set-aside procurement. Reference SIC Code 3423. Quotes are being requested for the following items: One (1) each P/N DMC498-1003,mfr:Daniels Manufacturing Corporation, wire and connector maint/repair kit for an FA/18 aircraft. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria are as follows: (I) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Governments requirement, (II) Price, and (III) Past performance. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations/Certifications ? Commercial Items applies (Offeror is requested to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 with offer. The Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
