Description: This solicitation is hereby cancelled. Our evaluation panel found that none of the responses were appropriate for award. We have difficulty in obtaining speakers for more distant locations (locations beyond 100 miles of the Washington/Metropolitan area or two hours travel time) and HHS policy disallows per diem for meetings with 50 miles of home base.
