Description

Provide a complete Telecommunications System to include installation for the Pawnee Service Unit, Pawnee, Oklahoma. The Pawnee Indian Health Center is located approximately 50 mi. NW of Tulsa, OK. It will be a 3 level, 65,000 sq. ft. outpatient facility scheduled for occupancy Dec. 2003. Requirements: State of the art technologies that will incorporate a VoIP approach-Configured for 189 stations-Voicemail provided for every station-Steystem shall include but not be limited to the following features: +3-wayconferencing+speed dialing+call forwarding+automatic call distributor (ACD-calls held in Dqutque")+automatic number identification+call waiting+automatic redial+dial-by-name=System shall include system administrator training-System shall be net workable across OKC Area data network, & will route phone calls to the lowest cost center for off-network calls-Proposed system shall support directory synchronization with the OKC Area Office voice directory (Alcatel PC4400) & whenever possible, other compatible VlIP directories throughout IHS as they become available-Proposed system shall utilize a graphical user interface (GUI) for configuration, adm. & report generation.
