- The combined synopsis/solicitation No. 03-AA-0025(mjs) is amended to increase the total number of multi-sensor camera systems from two (2) to four (4) and the General Requirement is therefore amended to read: GENERAL REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to deliver, install, and test four (4) long-range, high performance commercial off-the-shelf multi-sensor camera systems for covered surveillance operations. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers is not extended.
