Description

NA Construct a four (4) sided 34 feet by 24 feet by 60 feet tall rappel tower. Side shall include; simulated rock face with relocatable hand holds, ledgers, cracks (chimney), vertical face, bulges, etc.; building face with windows, balcony doors, sloped roof with overhang and gutters; flat face for regular rappel; open face with UH60 cantilevered platform for fast rope rappel. Tower shall be provided with a minimum one (1) duplex GFI outlet per floor and one (1) telephone jack. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 236220 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and it s affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
