NA The US Army Contracting Agency at WSMR, NM intends to award a sole source contract to Visual Numerics, Inc., 10955 Westmoor Drive, Suite 400, Westminster, CO 80021, pursuant to FAR 6.302, 'Only One Responsible Source'. Requirement is for Maintenance for Floating Software Licenses. Sole Source is to Visual Numerics, Inc. because they are the proprietary owner of the existing floating software licenses.
